Title: “Application of Advanced Manufacturing Techniques to VET: the case of Plastics sector“
The AMT2P project will create a structured educational framework, starting from the base training methodology, up to the level of developing the training content, and designing digital tools to support the teaching and learning processes, to bridge the skills-gap, and lack of expertise on the operation of Advanced Manufacturing Technologies (AMT) (e.g. 3D printing, robotics), on the plastics sector (PS).

Title: “Dynamic Quality CONtrol on Production lines using intelligent AutonomouS vehicleS“

Q-CONPASS will research and develop an innovative system to enhance quality control of modern production lines. The project environment is part of the 4th Industrial Revolution and the changes brought about by digital technologies and the Internet of Things in industrial production.

Το έργο Q-CONPASS θα αναπτύξει ένα καινοτόμο σύστημα για την ενίσχυση του ποιοτικού ελέγχου σε σύγχρονες γραμμές παραγωγής. Το περιβάλλον του έργου εντάσσεται στην 4η βιομηχανική επανάσταση και τις αλλαγές που επιφέρουν οι ψηφιακές τεχνολογίες και το διαδίκτυο των αντικειμένων (Internet of Things) σε βιομηχανικές γραμμές παραγωγής. Στο πλαίσιο αυτό, το έργο επιχειρεί μέσα από την εισαγωγή κινητών ρομποτικών μονάδων δίπλα στους εργαζόμενους, τη σύνδεση των σημερινών διαδικασιών ποιοτικού ελέγχου με την ψηφιακή παραγωγή, για εξοικονόμηση πόρων (digital, virtual and resource – efficient factories) τόσο μέσα από τη βελτιστοποίηση της διαδικασίας ποιοτικού ελέγχου, όσο και μέσα από την εξασφάλιση καλύτερων συνθηκών εργασίας και υγείας για τους εργαζόμενους σε αυτή. Η λειτουργία του συστήματος στοχεύει σε: (α) διασφάλιση της ποιότητας του τελικού προϊόντος στη γραμμή παραγωγής και (β) αναγνώριση πηγών κινδύνου και παρακολούθηση χαρακτηριστικών εργονομίας κατά την εργασία του προσωπικού.
Το προτεινόμενο σύστημα θα συνεισφέρει στις τρέχουσες διαδικασίες ποιοτικού ελέγχου με νέες τεχνολογίες που θα οδηγήσουν σε βελτίωση: (α) της καθοδήγησης των εργαζομένων στη διαδικασία συναρμολόγησης και ποιοτικού ελέγχου, (β) της ικανότητας για έγκαιρη αναγνώριση λάθους του εργαζομένου, (γ) της αποφυγής προβλημάτων εργονομίας και ασφάλειας μέσα από έγκαιρη αναγνώριση αντίστοιχων επιβαρυντικών χαρακτηριστικών και τελικά, (δ) της ικανότητας της βιομηχανικής μονάδας να αποφύγει τυχόν προβλήματα ποιότητας σε κάποιο προϊόν.
